La cronología del plan de estudios del Grado en Creación Digital, Animación y Videojuegos se organiza de manera que los estudiantes adquieran progresivamente los conocimientos que le permitan diseñar y desarrollar los diferentes contenidos que se irán integrando dentro del proceso global de producción.

El plan de estudios se divide en cuatro cursos, con un total de 240 créditos ECTS que se distribuyen en 8 cuatrimestres de 30 créditos cada uno. Las subjects básicas y obligatorias son de 6 créditos; las optativas son de 4.5 créditos, las prácticas externas ocupan 9 créditos y el Trabajo Final de Grado tiene una carga de 12 créditos.
